AVA Bulk Buy Rules
Three ways to sell, on every rate card:
CASH — Sorted: no fee. Bring your bulk sorted by card type and we pay the listed cash rate, no deductions. Unsorted welcome, too — we'll sort it for you and apply a 10% sorting fee to the settlement.
TRADE — Must arrive sorted by card type. No other sort required — you don't need to separate by set, number, or printing, just by the rows on the rate card. Trade pays higher rates than cash, redeemable as AVA store credit.
SUBSCRIBER TRADE — our best rates, and you never sort. Discord paid subscribers earn the highest trade rate on every line and may submit completely unsorted with no sorting fee.
Condition
All listed rates are for Near Mint (NM) cards, English unless a card specifies otherwise. Sleeves, toploaders, and rubber bands should be removed before submitting. Damaged, altered, and non-English bulk receive no credit unless a specific rate card states otherwise. (Our Vintage card is the exception — it prices LP, MP, and HP separately; see that card for details.)
Singles
Singles valued over $5 are evaluated individually if separated from your bulk — pull your hits and we'll price them one by one rather than paying bulk rate.
Turnaround
Lots enter our queue in the order received. Standard turnaround is 48 hours from the time we start your lot. Condition-graded games (Vintage) run 7 days from start.
Payment
Cash is paid on settlement. Trade is redeemable as AVA store credit.
How to submit
Open a ticket on the AVA Discord or at AVATCG.COM to lock in current rates and get your submission in the queue. Rates are subject to market conditions — the rate confirmed on your ticket is the rate you're paid.
