Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

AVA TCG ships within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or any international destinations.

Any applicable state or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available as a free option at checkout for customers in the area. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup details [INSERT PICKUP LOCATION/INSTRUCTIONS — e.g., arranged meetup, card show, or pickup point]. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Free Shipping

Orders of $500 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Outside of that threshold, free shipping is only available through promotional codes tied to specific events. When a code is posted, its duration will be included. Codes expire at the end of that duration or once the maximum quantity is reached, whichever comes first.

Shipping Rates & Speed

We ship through our integrated Shopify shipping station using major carriers, which may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx. All package rates are calculated from live carrier pricing based on the weight and dimensions of your order, giving you the most accurate and affordable shipping cost.

All items are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed, using the shipping speed selected at checkout. The carrier and service used for each order are chosen to provide the best combination of cost and delivery speed for your package's weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times

Shipping times begin once an order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. Estimated transit times by service level:

  • Standard / Ground: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited / Priority: 1–4 business days

Note: These times are estimates and can extend at the carrier's discretion due to high volume, internal issues, or natural events that delay delivery. These delays are outside our control.

Signature Requirements & Insurance

  • Porch Piracy: AVA TCG is not responsible for packages that are stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • Signature Upgrade: You can add signature-required delivery to your order for $4.00, which goes directly to the carrier.
  • Automatic Upgrades: All orders of $300 or more automatically include signature-required shipping at no extra charge.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Insurance does not cover theft after a package is marked delivered.

Pre-Orders

If your cart includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, the entire order ships together on the pre-order item's release date. If you need in-stock items right away, place them in a separate cart/order from any pre-orders. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged when the initial transaction is made.
