Affiliate Program Terms
These terms are an agreement between you and AVA TCG ("AVA", "we", "us") for the Bulk Out Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or taking part in the Program you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining
- You need an AVA customer account and must be at least 18 years old.
- Every application is accepted and your code is live right away. We may pause or remove any code at our discretion.
- One affiliate account per person. Accounts can't be sold or transferred.
2. Your Code
- Codes are 3–20 letters or numbers and are first come, first served.
- We may decline or change a code that is misleading, offensive, impersonates another person or brand, or uses AVA or game publisher trademarks.
3. Earnings
- Rate. You earn 5% of the cash value of each settled lot attributed to your code. Cash value is the amount AVA would pay in cash for the lot at settlement, even if the seller chose a Trade, Active or Monitor credit tier instead.
- First-lot bonus. You earn an extra $25 when a seller's first settled lot with AVA — across the whole business, not just the Program — has 5,000 or more cards and is attributed to your code. Only one bonus per seller, ever.
- When it counts. Earnings are created when a lot is settled, not when it is submitted. Lots that are cancelled, returned or not settled earn nothing.
- No self-referral. Lots you submit, or that come from your household, your business or accounts you control, don't earn credit. Lots that appear to be self-referred, duplicated or split to create bonuses are excluded.
- Adjustments. If a settled lot is corrected later (for example, a recount), your earnings are adjusted to match. If that happens after a payout, the difference is applied to your next payout. Each adjustment appears on your dashboard with a reason.
4. Attribution
- A lot is attributed to you when the seller enters your code on the Bulk Out submission form or arrives through your affiliate link (links are remembered in the seller's browser for 30 days).
- Once a seller's lot is attributed to your code, that seller stays tied to your code for future lots. This only changes if the seller chooses a different code on a later submission; from then on, new lots credit the new code. Earlier lots stay with you.
- If more than one code is presented, the code the seller is already tied to wins unless they choose to change it.
- Our submission and settlement records decide attribution.
5. Payouts
- Earnings from lots settled through the end of each month are paid on the 1st of the following month at .
- Monthly payouts over $250 are reviewed by our team before posting. We aim to finish that review within 5 business days.
- Payouts are recorded once and can't be paid twice. Each one, with the lots it covers, is shown on your dashboard.
6. Store Credit
- Payouts post as AVA store credit to the customer account linked to your affiliate profile and apply automatically at checkout on avatcg.com, except on Trade Exclusive items, which are trade only.
- Store credit has no cash value, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be transferred, except where the law requires otherwise.
- AVA store credit earned through the Program does not expire.
7. Disclosure
The FTC requires you to make clear that you earn something when people use your code. Every time you share your code or link — posts, videos, streams, bios, messages — include a clear, easy-to-see disclosure such as "I earn AVA store credit when you sell with my code." In video and live streams, say it out loud as well. Hashtags alone (like #ad buried in a list) are not enough.
8. Promotion Rules
You may promote your code on your own channels, communities and in person. You may not:
- Make false or misleading claims about AVA, our pricing, payouts or offers.
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, or post your code where the community's rules forbid it.
- Bid on "AVA", "AVA TCG" or similar terms in paid search, or run ads that look like they come from AVA.
- Post your code on coupon or code-sharing sites.
- Offer cash or other incentives to sellers for using your code without our written OK.
- Use AVA's name, logos or assets except the ones provided on your dashboard, unaltered.
9. Records & Privacy
- Your dashboard shows lot details — card counts, values, status and dates — but never the seller's name or contact details.
- Our public leaderboard shows the top affiliates with codes partly masked (for example, PAC•••R), along with lot counts, card counts and credit earned. No names or contact details are ever shown.
- Every earning, adjustment and payout is logged with a timestamp and kept as a permanent record. If you think something is wrong, contact us within 60 days of the payout and we'll review it.
- We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including to run the Program and comply with the law.
10. Changes & Ending
- We may change these terms or the Program, including rates and bonuses. We'll post changes here and update the effective date, and give at least 30 days' notice for changes to rates or payout timing. Lots settled before a change keep the terms in place at settlement.
- You can leave the Program at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
- We may pause or end your participation if you break these terms. Earnings tied to a breach (for example, self-referral or undisclosed promotion) may be reversed. If you leave or we end the Program for reasons other than a breach, earnings from lots already settled are still paid on the next payout date.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. If required, we may ask for tax information (such as a Form W-9) and issue tax forms.
12. Legal
- You are an independent participant, not an employee, agent or partner of AVA. You can't make promises on AVA's behalf.
- The Program is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AVA's total liability to you under the Program is limited to the earnings owed to you in the prior 12 months.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
- If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
