Welcome to avatcg.com, operated by AVA TCG LLC ("AVA TCG," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of Site
You must be at least 13 years old to use this website. By using this site, you affirm that you are either at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful or prohibited activities.
2. Orders and Payments
All purchases made through this website are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Prices are listed in USD and may be changed at any time without notice.
Orders placed through third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to TCGplayer, eBay, and WhatNot) are governed by the terms and policies of those platforms in addition to these Terms where applicable.
3. Marketing Communications
By providing your email address and/or phone number during checkout, account creation, or any opt-in form, you consent to receive:
- Promotional emails about new products, offers, and updates
- Marketing SMS text messages
Standard messaging rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
You can opt out at any time:
- Email: Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email.
- SMS: Reply "STOP" to any marketing text.
You agree that AVA TCG is not liable for any charges from your mobile carrier.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos, text, images, and graphics, is the property of AVA TCG LLC or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.
Pokémon and all related names, marks, and images are trademarks of their respective owners. AVA TCG is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, or any of their affiliates.
5. User Accounts
If you create an account on this website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
6. Returns and Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy for information on returns, exchanges, and refunds.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVA TCG LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the site or products purchased.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Bulk Rate Tiers
Bulk rate cards pay five columns: Cash · Sorted, Trade · Unsorted, Trade · Sorted, Active · Active Role and Monitor · Best Rate. Trade, Active and Monitor are paid in AVA store credit. Every bulk rate card uses all five columns, Vintage and Chinese and Korean included; the Collection and Slabs cards pay Cash · Trade · Monitor.
The Active and Monitor columns are offered only to individual collectors selling or trading cards they personally own, not to stores, Rip & Ship sellers or other businesses. Active requires the Active role in the AVA Discord, and Monitor requires an active AVA Discord Monitor subscription, each verified automatically by Discord sign-in when the lot is submitted. One Discord account covers one person. A lot's tier locks when it is submitted, so losing a role later never lowers a lot already submitted. If the role can't be verified at submission, the lot is paid at Trade · Sorted (if it was submitted as sorted) or Trade · Unsorted. Active is a sorted column: an Active lot submitted unsorted is paid at Trade · Unsorted, or at Monitor if the seller is a verified Monitor subscriber. Stores and businesses are welcome to partner with AVA on their bulk by contacting us.
Sorted means one card type per stack, as each rate card describes. A Cash lot that arrives sorted pays no fee. A Cash lot that arrives unsorted is sorted by AVA, and a 10% sorting fee is deducted from the cash total for its bulk lines. Store credit lots (Trade, Active and Monitor) never carry a sorting fee. AVA samples every sorted lot; if more than 5% of the sample is off, the lot is paid one column to the left (Active to Trade · Sorted, Trade · Sorted to Trade · Unsorted) and the seller's report notes the change. Cash is the first column, so a Cash lot stays at Cash. Every lot is accepted. AVA may occasionally run a Monitor promotion on specific lines for a stated period; a promotion running when a lot is submitted locks with that lot and is not a standing rate.
10. Trades, ISOs and Your Data
Sending a trade offer, posting an ISO, selling to us or linking a collection is covered by our Trade & Data Terms at avatcg.com/pages/trade-data-terms, which are part of these Terms.
11. Drops
AVA Drops are store credit only. Entries are taken from the AVA store credit on your account. No cash, credit or debit card, gift card, cryptocurrency or any other form of payment is accepted for an entry, and AVA will not create a checkout for one. An entry locks the full price of the units entered in store credit until the drop completes; the credit is released if the drop is pulled or you are not drawn, and is spent on the product if you win. Products won are not exchangeable for cash. Each drop's page states its own rules, which are part of these Terms.
One entry per person per drop. The number of drops you can be in at once depends on your store credit (credit on file plus credit locked in drops): up to $250, 2 drops; up to $1,000, 4; up to $5,000, 6; above $5,000, 8. Entries are processed one at a time per account, so a second tap or a second entry sent at the same moment is not charged twice.
Drops marked Bulk Credit Only can only be entered with Bulk credit: store credit you earned selling bulk lots to AVA. Other drops accept any AVA store credit and use your Trade-In credit first, the same order as checkout. If a drop doesn't fill its units by the close, it is pulled and every entry is refunded to store credit automatically. If the last entry drawn is larger than the units left, it receives the remaining units and the rest of its credit is refunded.
12. Bulk Submissions
Submitting a bulk lot on avatcg.com locks the published rate for that lot for 14 days from the moment you submit. No approval is needed: pack your lot as shown on the site, include your packing slip, and ship it or drop it off within those 14 days. A lot that arrives after 14 days is paid at the rate card in effect on the day it arrives. The counts you enter are estimates. AVA counts and condition-checks every lot, and your final payout is based on AVA's count and the condition of the cards when they arrive. Cards that don't meet the stated condition or packing requirements are not counted or paid. Sorting decides which rate column a lot is paid at (see section 9); the only sorting fee is 10% of the cash total on a Cash lot that arrives unsorted. If AVA can't take a lot, we will contact you with the reason and your options.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
