Shipping is on you, both ways. Anything coming to AVA (a sale or your side of a trade) ships at your cost. Anything AVA sends you (a purchase or the other side of a trade) is charged the Market shipping shown on the deal before you pay. AVA never covers freight.
Whoever ships an item to AVA is responsible for packing it safely: singles in a sleeve and toploader (or semi-rigid), slabs and sealed bubble-wrapped in a box, tracked for anything $20 or more.
Every item is checked when it lands. Anything damaged in transit, not as described, or below the condition posted is rejected and returned at the sender’s cost (buyer or seller), and the deal is cancelled. Two failed checks pause matching for your posts until we review your account.
Slabs must match the cert number given.
Posts live 7 days. You’re holding the item for the whole 7 days, until it sells or the post expires. For Sale posts: on day 7 we email you our trade-in offer, so you can renew for 4 more weeks, accept the offer, or take it down (no answer in 48 hours and it comes down, unless you ticked auto-renew below). Before the last week ends you get one more offer. You can renew or remove any post from your Vault.
Posted an item and it gets claimed? You must send it. Failing to provide an item posted for claim results in a 15% penalty of its market value and loss of the Market for good, taken from your store credit or next AVA payout (Trade & Data Terms).

Auto-renew this post every 7 days, up to times (I’ll keep holding the item). I understand I’m responsible for shipping safely, that items not in the condition described are rejected at my cost, and that not sending a claimed item means a 15% penalty and losing the Market.
