Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

AVA TCG ships within the United States only.

  • Singles and Rip & Ship hits ship anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Sealed product and slabs ship boxed to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC.

We do not currently ship to US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Any applicable state or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is free for customers in the area: tick Free Local Pickup in your cart before you Check Out, and no shipping fee is added. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup details. Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Free Shipping

Orders of $1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Outside of that threshold, free shipping is only available through promotional codes tied to specific events. When a code is posted, its duration will be included. Codes expire at the end of that duration or once the maximum quantity is reached, whichever comes first.

Shipping Rates

  • Singles, under $20: $2.49 in a plain white envelope (no tracking). Available for orders of up to 30 cards.
  • Singles $20 and up, or more than 30 cards: $7.99 in a tracked mailer.
  • Rip & Ship: $4.99 for up to 5 packs, $7.99 for 6 or more packs. Your hits ship in a tracked mailer after the stream.
  • Sealed product and slabs: $9.99, tracked and boxed. Anything else in the same order rides along in that box.
  • Large and heavy boxes: big flat premium collections, Ultra-Premium Collection cases, and sealed cases/displays are $20, tracked and boxed.
  • Mixed orders: you pay one shipping rate, the highest one for what is in your order.
  • Free shipping on orders of $1,000 or more.

All items are shipped within 2 business days of the order being placed. The carrier and service used for each order are chosen to provide the best combination of cost and delivery speed for your package's weight, size, and destination.

Delivery Times

Shipping times begin once an order has been fulfilled, not when the order is placed. Estimated transit times by service level:

  • Tracked mailer and sealed boxes: 3–5 business days
  • Plain white envelope: 5–8 business days

Note: These times are estimates and can extend at the carrier's discretion due to high volume, internal issues, or natural events that delay delivery. These delays are outside our control.

Signature Requirements & Insurance

  • Porch Piracy: AVA TCG is not responsible for packages that are stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • Signature Upgrade: To add signature-required delivery ($4.00, which goes directly to the carrier), contact us with your order number before it ships.
  • Automatic Upgrades: All orders of $300 or more automatically include signature-required shipping at no extra charge.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund or replacement. Insurance does not cover theft after a package is marked delivered.

Pre-Orders

If your cart includes both in-stock items and pre-orders, the entire order ships together on the pre-order item's release date. If you need in-stock items right away, place them in a separate cart/order from any pre-orders. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before shipment but are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee charged when the initial transaction is made.
